1. Auction Participation
To bid at a Showtime Auctioneers event, you must first register as a bidder.
By registering and bidding, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
All bids are legally binding. If you are the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction, you are the Purchaser of the Lot.
2. Bidder Responsibilities
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence regarding the description, condition, and legality of any Lots.
The Auctioneer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of descriptions, illustrations, or information related to the Lots.
All Lots are sold "as is" without warranties.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid, split or combine Lots, or withdraw Lots from the sale at its discretion.
