Description
1. All Lots must be picked up within 14 business days of the auction date unless otherwise stated.
2.If a Lot is not picked up within 14 business days, Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $35.00 per day for each additional day the Lot remains uncollected.
3.After 30 calendar days, if the Lot has not been picked up, Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to resell the Lot at a future auction. A 10% commission will be charged on the sale of the resold Lot, and any storage fees accumulated will be deducted from the sale proceeds.
4. The Buyer agrees that Showtime Auctioneers is not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Lot after the 14-day period.
