Sales Tax Terms for Showtime Auctioneers Registered Buyers
1. Taxes
The Buyer is responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes applicable to the purchase of the Lot.
If applicable, sales tax will be added to the Hammer Price at the prevailing rate in the jurisdiction of the auction.
***FOR DOMESTIC BUYERS***
If you are eligible for tax exemption, kindly forward a copy of the relevant document to accounting@showtimeauctioneers.com. Upon receipt of all pertinent sales tax documents, we will promptly exclude the applicable sales tax and issue an updated invoice.
***FOR EXPORT BUYERS***
Please note that sales tax will only be waived upon receipt of a bill of lading, serving as evidence of out-of-country export. Kindly forward any bill of ladings to info@showtimeauctioneers.com.
